And then in 2013, Uruguay legalized cannabis completely and became the first nation in the world to do so.

And after learning about Uruguay, I’m not that surprised at this fact. Also, it is also legal to grow cannabis at home in Uruguay. Whereas in the United States, you need to have a medical marijuana grower license to grow cannabis at home for your medical condition.

First, the government of Uruguay legalized the consumption of cannabis. Later, the government allowed residents to grow up to six plants at home.
